Terms and Conditions of the Soan Nature Health Online Store

  1. General provisions.
  1. These regulations define the rules for using the Soan Nature Health online store, available at www.soannaturehealth.pl.
  2. The online store is run by Soan Investment sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Gruszczyn, ul. Wyspiańskiego 10, 62-006 Gruszczyn, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000810572, NIP: 7773355039, REGON: 384699152.
  3. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Store. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required to place an order in the Store.
  4. The online store offers the sale of dietary supplements and the provision of electronic services.
  5. The store is open on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  1. Electronic Products and Services.
  1. Products: All products offered in the store are new, originally packaged and free from defects.
    • Information about the products is available on the store's website, including their description, composition and price.
  2. Electronic Services: The online store provides the following free services electronically:
    • Contact form: enables Customers to contact the Store.
    • Newsletter: enables Customers to receive information about new products, promotions and other marketing content.
    • Customer Account: allows customers to access their order history, track their order status and update their personal data.
    • These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

III. Placing orders.

  1. Orders can be placed via the store's website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. To place an order, the Customer selects the product they are interested in, adds it to the cart and completes the order form.
  3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via email.
  4. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Store.
  1. Payments.
  1. The store accepts payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card and other available payment methods listed on the store website.
  2. Product prices are given in Polish currency and include VAT.
  3. Payment for the order should be made within 2 business days of placing the order.
  1. Delivery.
  1. Product delivery is carried out within Poland.
  2. Delivery costs are specified on the store website and are added to the order when it is placed.
  3. The order processing time is up to 3 business days from the moment the payment is received.
  4. The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of the courier company.
  1. Returns and complaints.
  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Returns are only possible if the product is in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
  3. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
  4. The customer will receive the shipping details for the returned goods after sending information about the intention to return the goods to info@soannaturehealth.pl.
  5. Complaints regarding electronic products and services should be submitted electronically to info@soannaturehealth.pl. The Store will review complaints within 14 days of their submission.

VII. Personal data protection, GDPR and Newsletter.

  1. Data Administrator: The administrator of the Customers' personal data is Soan Investment sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Gruszczyn, ul. Wyspiańskiego 10, 62-006 Gruszczyn.
  2. Basis for Data Processing:
    • Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
    • The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, conducting marketing activities (including sending the newsletter) and handling complaints.
    • The legal basis for data processing is the necessity to execute the sales contract and the legitimate interest of the controller (direct marketing).
  3. Data Collection:
    • When placing an order, the Customer may voluntarily consent to the processing of his or her data for marketing purposes, including subscribing to the newsletter.
    • The customer has the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
  4. Customer Rights:
    • The customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
    • The customer has the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
    • The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  5. Data Recipients.
    • Personal data may be made available to third parties only to the extent necessary to complete the order (e.g. courier companies) or on the basis of separate legal provisions.
    • Data is not transferred to third countries or international organisations.
  6. Data Retention Period.
    • Personal data processed under the contract will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the contract.
    • Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until it is withdrawn.
  7. Newsletter.
    • The email addresses of customers who have agreed to receive the newsletter will be stored and processed solely for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information.
    • The customer has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in each message or by contacting the store directly.

VIII. Customer Opinion and Review Policy.

  1. Customers can add reviews about products available in the Store.
  2. The store reserves the right to moderate or remove opinions that are inconsistent with the regulations, contain offensive content, are misleading or violate the rights of third parties.
  3. Reviews should reflect actual experiences with the products purchased.
  1. Cookie policy.
  1. The store uses cookies that are saved on the user's end device in order to adapt the website content to the user's preferences, analyze website traffic, and conduct marketing activities.
  2. The user can manage cookie settings in their web browser, including blocking or deleting them.
  1. User Account Policies.
  1. The Customer may create a user account in the Store, which allows access to order history, tracking order status and updating personal data.
  2. The customer is obliged to secure his/her account (login, password) and not to make them available to third parties.
  1. Final provisions.
  1. The Regulations enter into force on August 27, 2024 and are valid for an indefinite period.
  2. The store reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Changes will take effect on the date they are published on the store's website.
  3. In matters not regulated in the regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  4. Any disputes arising from the sales agreement between the Store and the Customer will be resolved by the competent common court.
